COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Love Joy Type 180 Model parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Martin products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mc-Gill parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Martin product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Martin such as the 10020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ER20114 manufactured by Mc-Gill and we are pleased to be able to service most Mc-Gill systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D60BTB20H by Manufacturer Martin as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Martin Brand 80B60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mc-Gill such as CYR158S equipment made by Mc-Gill have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mc-Gill products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mc-Gill" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available US116178 made by Mayr as well as the popular 20H150MB original spares produced by Maurey Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 80BS111 by Martin and CYR158S spares by Mc-Gill are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EX21516 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maska. |
